Storage Systems

AUTOMATED STORAGE & RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS
Goods to person systems bring both space savings and productivity improvements. Utilize facility cubic feet that have otherwise been inaccessible, or only accessible with a forklift. Double your storage capacity by more densely stacking your raw materials.
MODULAR STRUCTURES
Enclose your machining operation to minimize dust/particulate and noise from disrupting other areas of your facility. Do your machined parts undergo subsequent measurement process (CMM, optical, other)? We can create a controlled environment adjacent to your machining area.

SHELVING SYSTEMS, MODULAR DRAWER CABINETS
If a functional, optimized, shelving system is currently in place and NOT delivering to your productivity needs, then ReSolve won’t offer more shelving! If small/medium bins and boxes are being stored on improperly sized shelving (e.g. Pallet Rack), and/or bottlenecks are in place (e.g. forklift count, order picker need), then drastic improvement can be realized through some simple changes.
Small parts consolidation; if we can present your operator with more finite locations per SKU and more SKUs in a smaller area, their productivity of pick/stock/cycle count can significantly increase.
AUTOMATED STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS (ASRS)
